Help at hand if you want to return to netball court

Inspire leisure, in partnership with England Netball and Active Sussex, are offering opportunities this spring for ladies keen to hit the netball court.

Many women who have played at school, college and university cease playing following education.

Back to Netball is an England Netball initiative encouraging women to return to the sport and is proving a great success.

The Inspire Leisure Back to Netball programme will provide non-competitive netball for female players over 18. Sessions will cover basic skill development and court play. The emphasis is on getting active, learning new skills and having fun. The sessions are running for ten weeks from this week on Wednesdays at Arun Leisure Centre (7pm-8pm).

Inspire are also offering an intermediate netball course for those who have been on a back to netball course or have played recently.

These sessions also started this week and will run for ten Tuesdays at ALC (6.30-7.30pm).
