‘Simply fantastic’ Horsham rugby U15s just miss out
A thrilling County Cup final saw Horsham Rugby Club’s brave Under-15s just lose out 15-5 to Brighton.
Tactical kicking and sustained forward pressure forced Brighton to defend valiantly early on.
Despite levelling the scores at 5-5 before half-time with some textbook team play, a strong Brighton side played the better running rugby after the break.
Head coach Dayle Kirby said: “I can’t nominate a man of the match today; the whole squad was simply fantastic!”
