Eastbourne YouTuber releases new song

An Eastbourne YouTuber has released a new song called Mad About It.

Joe Weller, who has more than five million subscribers on YouTube, released the single with Eddy Calvert today (Friday, February 5).

The Youtuber has written several songs over the past eight years including many about football players such as David Beckham, Cristiano Ronaldo and Luis Suarez.

Mr Weller’s song, Isolate, is also the walkout song for football club Chesterfield FC this season.

Mr Weller, who has four million followers across all social media platforms, currently has more than 154,000 monthly listeners on Spotify while his top song Wanna Do (feat. Emil) has 14.6 million listens.

The YouTuber put Eastbourne in the spotlight last year as he released a video titled, “Turning My Hometown into the SICKEST Holiday Resort of 2020.”

The clip currently has more than 900,000 views and in the video he showcases some of the activities and natural sights that Eastbourne has to offer.
