Rustington mortgage broker named best in postcode at UK's biggest property awards

One Finance Group (OFG), an independent mortgage broker based in Rustington, has been recognised for outstanding customer service after winning a Best in Postcode Award at The ESTAS, the biggest customer award scheme in the UK residential property industry.

The ESTAS Postcode Awards are decided purely on customer reviews. Every review is submitted directly to the ESTAS website at the end of the client's home-moving journey, verified by the ESTAS team, and tracked over 12 months. That makes the awards one of the most trusted measures of the service a firm delivers.

As a Postcode winner, OFG was also shortlisted for a county, regional or national trophy at The ESTAS Awards, presented by TV property expert Phil Spencer in front of 1,200 property professionals on 17 October.

Phil Spencer, ESTAS Brand Ambassador, said: "Winning a Postcode Award is a fantastic achievement as it's based purely on client reviews at the end of the customer journey, which is the best time to measure how good your broker has been. Winning firms can proudly claim to be delivering the best service in their postcode."

Mark Wisdom, Director of One Finance Group, said: "We're really proud of this, mainly because it comes straight from our clients. Buying a home or remortgaging is a big moment for people, and we work hard to make it as clear and stress-free as possible. Being named the best in our postcode by the people we've helped means a lot to the whole team."

As well as helping local buyers and homeowners, OFG supports the community through its sponsorship of Rustington Cricket Club and Worthing Rugby Club.
