Oeuf, the much-loved brunch café on Third Avenue in Hove will undergo a dramatic transformation inspired by an old Parisian orangery.

The café closes briefly from the evening of Monday 19 October while the team works through the night to bring the new Oeuf to life. It reopens to the public on Saturday 24 October when guests will find marble catching candlelight, palms climbing towards the ceiling, and plush seating built for sinking into with a glass of something cold in hand.
The brief was simple: a space with enough grandeur to take your breath away, but one that still feels like your favourite corner. The new Oeuf is somewhere to lounge, laugh and raise a glass of champagne together, and the brunch menu regulars know and love stays.
Amber Bush, founder and owner of Oeuf, said: “After six wonderful years, Oeuf is getting a little grown up. We wanted a room with real grandeur, somewhere that feels like a Parisian orangery tucked away in Hove, but still feels like your favourite corner. Same shell, new Oeuf. We can't wait to welcome everyone back on Saturday, raise a glass together and hear what they think.”
Oeuf reopens at 8 Third Avenue, Hove, on Saturday 24 October.
