Three units at a new business park close to Gatwick Airport have been let in quick succession through property consultancy Vail Williams.

Now the firm is marketing four other brand new warehouse/light industrial units at Vulcan Business Park, Forge Wood, following an acquisition earlier this year.
Vail Williams is acting for the landlord, Vulcan Business Parks Ltd, on the units at the business park, which was built in 2021.
Units 1, 2 and 7 are now let, to Quantum Electrical Distribution for a relocation, IFZW Maintenance Ltd and Wuva Ltd.
The other four – approximately 2,433 sq ft each – are available with quoting annual rent from £36,495 per annum.
The site forms part of the new mixed-use development by Persimmon Homes at Crawley North East Sector, which includes 1,900 new homes, a neighbourhood centre, a school, day nursery, medical centre and employment space.
Located on the north eastern side of Crawley, Vulcan Business Park is visible from the main London to Brighton railway line and a short drive from J10 of the M23, Gatwick Airport, Three Bridges station and Crawley town centre.
Amenities include allocated parking for each unit, connections for WC and kitchen facilities, mains gas available, electric loading doors, three phase power and minimum eight-metre eaves.
Nearby is the Manor Royal business district, where occupiers such as Virgin Atlantic, Thales, Nestle and Elekta are based.
Steve Berrett, Vail Williams partner, and Jake Collins, surveyor, both based in Crawley are leading the firm’s team overseeing the project.
Steve said: “We have had strong interest in Vulcan Business Park which has resulted in three quick lettings.
“We are currently marketing four further units and I suggest that any businesses interested should not hesitate to contact us.
“Shell and core units offered with flexible space which can be fitted out at the tenant’s discretion to meet their own requirements are proving very popular at present.
