HORSHAM Chamber Choir. Meets every Thursday 8 - 10pm. St Leonard’s Church, Cambridge Road, Horsham. We perform three concerts per season plus Cathedral recitals, exploring the vast and varied chamber choir repertoire. Friendly all-age group that extends a warm welcome to new members. TALK: Shipley History Society. The Captain Swing agricultural riots in 1830s Sussex. A talk about the rioting and arson following the introduction of the threshing machine. FRIDAY

GERMAN CLUB meets at 7.30pm at the Horsham United Reform Church, Springfield Road, for a short film on Vienna followed by a chat over a glass of wine or fruit juice. You don’t have to speak German.

BASS MUSIC event in Horsham’s one and only nightclub, Chameleon in Albion Way. The evening is called Movement and the launch night is on Friday the 21st. Underground music like drum & bass, dubstep and electro house. 9pm to 2am.

MARKET: StorringtonCommunity Market, 9am to 10.45am. Open every Friday morning at Storrington Village Hall (opposite Stable Antiques). Selling fresh local eggs and cheese, home-made cakes, bread and savouries, locally produced vegetables, mushrooms and local pork.
