New premium homeware store coming to Worthing for the first time as sister store makes a move
A new premium homeware store will be opening in Worthing when its 'sister' makes a move to a different location in the main shopping precinct.
TK Maxx is closing its Montague Centre store on November 8 and moving to its new Montague Street store, previously BhS but most recently Poundland.
Homesense, a store which is part of the TK Maxx family, will also be located there, opening in Worthing for the first time.
Signs have gone up at 56 Montague Street revealing 'iconic deals' will be landing on November 12 at 10am, including womenswear, menswear, children's wear, accessories, beauty, shoes, toy, homeware and gifts.

When the move was announced in the summer, town centre manager Hannah Manzaroli said: “We are pleased that TK Maxx has chosen to maintain a presence here and continue serving the local community.
“This is a big step towards making Montague Street the thriving hub it once was and once again proving Worthing is capable of bucking national trends in vacancy rates.
“As a much loved retailer and an important part of our town centre, this is very positive news for both residents and businesses.”
