Wetherspoon to host cider festival in Crawley – with pints costing just £2.99
A range of craft ciders from across the UK will be available at a pub in Crawley during its 10-day festival.
The Jubilee Oak, a Wetherspoon pub in High Street, will host the craft cider festival from Friday, July 31 to Sunday, August 9 inclusive.
The craft ciders, which will include traditional apple ciders, perries and flavoured ciders, will cost £2.99 a pint.
They include Farmer Jims Prickly Pear, Hecks Slack-Ma-Girdle Cider, Purbeck Dandy Dab, Rich’s Sunset Gold, Thistly Cross Jaggy Thistle, Harry’s Scrummage and Pulp Razzberry Rush.

Pub manager Phil King said: “The festival is a great celebration of craft cider.
“It will allow us to showcase a number of craft ciders not previously available to our customers in the pub.”
Three third-of-a-pint tasters will also be available for the price of a pint.
Tasting notes on all of the craft ciders will be available at the pub. A digital version will also be available on the Wetherspoon app and website.
All craft ciders will be available to order at the bar or via the Wetherspoon app.
