Andrew is selected for Royal Ballet role
Twelve-year-old Andrew Glick made his first appearance as Page to the Lilac Fairy at the Royal Opera House, in Covent Garden, London, on Saturday.
Andrew, who lives in, Goring, said: “I was very excited, it’s been really cool. My first show was amazing, it was nerve-wracking because it’s such a big stage, it’s scary with so many people watching.

Hide Ad“It went very well, nothing went wrong. It’s a great experience and really fun.”
Andrew has been a member of the Regnante School of Performing Arts (RSOPA), in Richmond Road, Worthing, for five years where he takes ballet, modern, tap, singing and drama classes. He has also been a member of the Royal Ballet’s Mid Associates for the last three years, which Amelia Regnante, RSOPA principal, said was a ‘huge honour and fantastic achievement’.
