On offer will be a selection of Blue Cross cards, calendars and diaries.

Maria Steel, centre manager at Northiam Blue Cross said: “We do like to start planning nice and early here at Northiam and our Christmas fayre is always a great way to start off the festive season.

“As another busy year draws to a close, it’s lovely to meet some of the fantastic supporters who make it possible for us to continue our work helping the pets at the centre. Do pop in and share a Christmas cuppa and mince pie with us.”

As well as starting off their seasonal shopping, visitors can also try their luck at picking up a prize in the raffle or tombola and browse some of the stalls offering festive wares. Blue Cross doesn’t receive any government funding and all the money raised at the fayre will go towards the care of the homeless cats and dogs at the centre.
