Jade Waters, 20, of Eastern Close, Shoreham, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on June 30, 2020. Her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points and she was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

Andrew Neale, 26, of Brookside Avenue, Rustington, was given a 26-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, with Building Better Relationships programme requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement, and must carry out 40 hours’ unpaid work after admitting disclosing a private sexual photograph or film without consent, with the intention of causing distress, between January 31 and February 2, 2020. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £122 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Georgia Lavergne, 24, of Annweir Avenue, Lancing, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on December 5 and 19, 2020. The order was revoked and she was dealt with for the original offences, receiving a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement for failing to stop after an accident in which another vehicle was damaged on the A27 Lancing on November 8, 2019; and causing £515.09 damage to a wing mirror on the A27 Lancing on November 8, 2019.

Anthony Rampersad, 37, of Stanhope Road, Littlehampton, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting, under the single justice procedure, driving without insurance in Beach Road, Littlehampton, on May 14, 2020. His driving licence was endorsed with six points and he was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

Gordon Hutchison, 56, of George V Avenue, Worthing, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (63mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in The Boulevard, Goring, on November 21, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Dean Blackford, 33, of Stempswood Way, Barnham, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (51mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Stempswood Way, Barnham, on August 19, 2019; and two charges of drug-driving (63ug/l cocaine, 767ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Stempswood Way, Barnham, on August 19, 2019. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He also admitted driving without the correct licence and driving without insurance, no separate penalties.

Ian Farrow, 38, of Lanark House, Pentland Road, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting two charges of drug-driving (51ug/l cocaine, 800ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Crescent Road, Worthing, on July 16, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Daniel Logan, 40, of Clarendon Road, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £310 compensation, £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting causing £310 damage to the screen of a police officer’s MDT by kicking his legs out while handcuffed and seated in an unmarked police vehicle in Forest Road, Worthing, on September 5, 2020.

Armands Balodis, 31, of Conbar Avenue, Rustington, was fined £500 and must pay £50 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (83mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Canada Grove, Bognor Regis, on December 12, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Kamil Nowakowski, 24, of Offington Lane, Worthing, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police in Shoreham on October 30, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Karolis Pavilionis, 31, of King Charles Place, Emerald Quay, Shoreham Beach, was fined £227 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting, under the single justice procedure, driving over the 60mph speed limit on the A23 Broxmead Lane Bridge, Bolney, on August 27, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with four points. He also admitted driving without the correct licence, no separate penalty.

Luke Pumfrey, 35, of Downsway, Southwick, was fined £146 and must pay £90 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting, under the single justice procedure, driving over the 30mph speed limit in Marine Parade, Brighton, on August 16, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Mary Konasik, 62, of Merlin Court, Littlehampton Road, Worthing, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being in charge of a vehicle while over the drink-drive limit (91mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Exmoor Drive, Worthing, on February 19, 2021. Her driving licence was endorsed with ten points.

Colin Stenning, 41, of Wick Farm Road, Littlehampton, was fined £480 and must pay £48 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (156ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Amberley Road, Amberley, on September 4, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Samuel Oakley, 35, of Brighton Road, Lancing, was given a community order with eight-month curfew, electronically monitored, from 8pm to 5am daily, after admitting driving while disqualified in Littlehampton Road, Worthing, on February 25, 2021. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 17 months. He was also fined £120 after admitting driving without insurance.

Terry Politano, 36, of Rossiter Road, Lancing, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work after admitting two charges of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent, causing harassment, alarm or distress in Lancing, on February 4 and June 1, 2020. He must pay a total of £150 compensation after admitting two charges of assault by beating in Lancing, on February 4 and June 1, 2020. He must pay £100 compensation after admitting using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to suggest immediate unlawful violence would be used or provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence in Worthing on December 30, 2019. He must pay £90 victim surcharge and was also given a restraining order. He admitted breaching a suspended sentence order, which was amended to include an additional four days’ rehabilitation activity requirement.

Wayne Gladman, 52, of Upper Brighton Road, Worthing, was fined £307 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (46/47mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Congreve Road, Worthing, on March 6, 2021. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Callum Galloway, 30, of Upper Brighton Road, Sompting, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police in Shoreham on October 16, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

Mark Price, 53, of Maxwell Road, Littlehampton, was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, with Building Better Relationships programme requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement, and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work after admitting stalking, amounting to harassment, sending abusive texts, making phone calls and attending the victim’s workplace between August 26 and September 6, 2020. He was given a restraining order and must pay £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Tony Birch, 61, of Guildbourne Court, Guildbourne Centre, Worthing, must pay £300 compensation after admitting assault by beating in Worthing on December 10, 2020. He also admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, no separate penalty.

Garry Evans, 58, of Brooklyn Avenue, Worthing, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (90mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in the Grand Victorian Hotel car park, Worthing, on September 12, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £300 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Ross Jenkins, 36, of Montague Street, Worthing, was fined £253 for drink-driving (131mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A27 Worthing on January 26, 2020, after an application to amend a community order was refused and the order was revoked for re-sentencing.

Warren Skinner, 42, of Limbrick Lane, Worthing, was fined £276 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (78mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in The Strand, Worthing, on February 28, 2021. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Nathan Page, 29, of Hurst Cottages, East Street, Amberley, was discharged conditionally for six months and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing a number of deal bags of cannabis and cannabis resin, class B drugs, in Bignor on March 30, 2020.

Paul Ramsay, 33, of Palmer Road, Angmering, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 240 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (148mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) and two charges of drug-driving (46ug/l cocaine, 206ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Lidsey Road, Bognor Regis, on September 5, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 24 months after admitting taking a vehicle without consent and before it was recovered, damage was caused to the vehicle in Bognor Regis on September 5, 2020. He also admitted driving without insurance and without the correct driving licence in Lidsey Road, Bognor Regis, on September 5, 2020, no separate penalties.

Tony White, 35, c/o Downsway, Southwick, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to provide a specimen of blood for laboratory test when required in Southwick on March 4, 2021. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months. He was fined £50 after admitting driving without insurance in Old Barn Way, Southwick, on March 4, 2021, and fined £50 after admitting driving while disqualified.
