Man arrested on 'suspicion of breaching an immigration restriction' in Lancing

A Sussex Police spokesperson said: “Police completing proactive checks in Brighton Road, Lancing, stopped a driver on suspicion of not possessing a valid MOT certificate at 11am on October 30.”

The police force said a man was ‘arrested on suspicion of breaching an immigration restriction’.

His case has been referred to the Home Office as the lead agency.
