Thieves on the prowl in and around Horsham

Police say that a Kubota RTV 500 4x4 was stolen from Wheatsheaf Road, Woodmancote, on or around December 13.

And items were stolen after a window was broken in a car parked in Little Dippers, Pulborough, between the afternoon of December 17 and around 4pm the following day.

Officers say that a black Direct motorcycle was stolen from Piries Place, Horsham, on December 18 and was later found abandoned.

Thieves made an unsuccessful attempt to break into a property in Pond Close, Billingshurst, between 11.40pm and just after midnight on December 14.

Meanwhile, there has been another spate of catalytic converter thefts over the past few days. One was stolen from a Honda Civic in The Graftons, Slinfold; one from a Toyota Auris in The Hooks, Henfield, and one from a Honda Jazz parked in Lyons Close, Slinfold.

Anyone with any information about the incidents is asked to contact police on 101.
