Elderly Guestlingcouple conned
AN elderly couple from Three Oaks, lost £300 after receiving a call from a con-man pretending to be from Barclays Bank.
He said: He needed to collect their bank cards to check and needed the PIN numbers.
He called at their Butchers Lane home on Tuesday October 8 at 2.35pm.
The money was withdrawn from St Leonards later that day.
