Happy birthday to Maitreya
Fourth birthday celebrations were held at the Maitreya Buddhist Centre at the weekend.
Friends and supporters of the centre were welcomed to enjoy cake and warm hospitality to mark the occasion.
Buddhist nun Lamm-Ma, who has become a familiar figure in her distinctive robes around town and visiting schools, clubs and other organisations in the area, commented: "This is to thank the people of Bexhill for their support for us over the last four years. We hope to move soon and will let everyone know where we are going to."
