Fine them, too

Why is it that when I try to book a holiday for my family, during term time, that I am penalised, with threats of fines, when I would have only caused as much disruption (in this case, just a single day) as they will with their strike action?

Well, I say all the teachers who go on strike should be fined – just like the parents who take their children out of school.
