Visitors to Knockhatch Adventure Park in Hailsham will have the chance to meet members of the British Army on Thursday (October 29).

From 10am to 2pm, the Army Engagement Group will be at the park meeting members of the public.

The team will be bringing a military Land Rover, trailer and a range of equipment for visitors to explore, offering an opportunity to learn more about life in the Army and the role it plays both in the UK and around the world.

Guests will be able to sit inside the vehicle, try on Army equipment, speak directly with serving soldiers and gain a greater understanding of who they are, what they do and their contribution to society.

The free interactive experience is included with standard park admission and is open to all visitors.
