South East Water: Road in Eastbourne hit by water outage
A road in Eastbourne is experiencing an interruption to its water supply on Thursday afternoon (October 29).
South East Water’s AquAlerter map shows Parry Close to be the affected road.
A message on the AquAlerter website at 1:13pm reads: “We're really sorry to those of you who are experiencing low water pressure or no water and that we were unable to give prior warning.
“The reason is due to unexpected emergency repairs we need to make to the network. We're doing everything we can to resolve these issues.
“As soon as the repairs have been completed, your water will return to normal.”
South East Water has been approached for comment.
