An application has been submitted to the council to allow new floor joists and floor boards over a kitchen area to be installed to replace those severely damaged by water leak.

The work would also involve the removal of modern internal wall at ground floor, construction of a stud wall and the construction of bathroom in rear first floor bedroom.

An application has also been submitted to replace a conservatory with a single storey building in Church Lane in Lyminster. Members of the public can view the full list of planning applications, as well as submit their comments and views on individual applications, on the Arun District Council website.
