Plans to convert village restaurant off A24 into flats
Proposals are being put forward to convert a restaurant off the A24 road at Washington into three flats.
Planning approval is currently being sought from Horsham District Council to change the use of The Chardonnay Restuarant in Old London Road into three two-bed apartments.
It is also planned to remove the existing conservatory and build a cycle and bin store in its place.
