Polegate road closed after reports of ‘serious’ collision

Sussex Police have been called to reports of a serious collision in Polegate.

Sussex Police have confirmed that the force is dealing with a road traffic collision on the A22 between the Cophall roundabout in Polegate and the A295 South Road roundabout in Hailsham.

The force said that the road will be closed northbound for several hours whilst they deal with the incident.
