12 new office pods could be built at Mid Sussex business park
Plans to build a dozen office pods in a Goddards Green business park have been submitted to Mid Sussex District Council.
The application from Bedford Park Developments Ltd seeks permission to build at the Gatehouse Hub, off Gatehouse Lane.
A statement submitted with the application said: “The proposal seeks to make effective use of an underutilised part of the site, introducing high quality, flexible work space without impacting the operation or amenity of existing units across the estate.”
If approved, the pods will measure around 20ft by 8ft and will sit in three groups of four. Each pod will have its own parking space.
