Town has new Rector
THE Reverend Canon Robin Whitehead has been appointed as Rector of Winchelsea and Vicar of Icklesham with specific responsibility for Winchelsea and Winchelsea Beach on a house-for-duty basis.
He will be licensed by the Bishop of Chichester at St Thomas’ at 5pm on Sunday November 24. Father Robin has been Team Rector of Boston in Lincolnshire for the past nine years and took early retirement from that post in April.
