A27 reopens following reports of collision and fallen trees

The A27 was closed on Thursday (October 29) following reports of a collision and fallen trees.

The major road was closed eastbound between Crossbush and Clapham at about 4pm. AA Traffic News said this was due to a collision and fallen trees.

Traffic was at a standstill, with queues reported past Arundel Cricket Club in Chichester Road.

While the road has reopened, ‘severe’ delays have been reported in the area.
