Bognor Regis Town women soar into next round of the FA Cup
Bognor's Women's team soared into the next round of the FA Cup as two more goals from Sophie Humphrey and an 80th minute settler from Lou Lou Robson saw Bognor in the hat on Monday.
Kick off was delayed at Nyewood Lane until 2:15pm as the Jersey Bulls team only landed in Gatwick at 11:30am and traffic issues were a problem in the area.

After good work from Rhiannon Hambleton in the first minute. It was Mllie Carter who got a shot away from distance but it was stopped by Tayah Vasse.
On four minutes it was Sophie Humphrey who made a good run down the left. But her ball was straight at Vasse in the box.
But against the run of play it was the visitors who took the lead on just 5 minutes as Samantha Silva-Pinto hit a strike from 25 yards out and it flew over Nicole Robinson and into the net.
However, Bognor got their equaliser just two minutes later as a low effort was parried out to Sophie Humphrey who placed it home from close range. This goal coming in the 7th minute.
Bec Bell-Thorns did well to dig out a cross along the edge of the box and it was Alice Gue who met it. Her quick effort bounced wide of the left post.
Bognor took the lead on 16 minutes when Luc Selvester's corner fell to Sophia Poling who diverted it back towards goal. But it was Humphrey who was there to divert in from close range on the turn.
Poling had a long range freekick fired high towards goal but Vasse stopped that well on 26 minutes.
On 31 minutes it was Selvester who combined with Hambleton, who eventually had a strike fly wide of the right post as Bognor were in search of their third.
In response, Natasha Keen's left footed freekick had to be dealt with by Poling a minute later. Then Kate Delillis was tripped and Bognor won a freekick on the left. Carter stepped up to take it and she curled it straight at Vasse in the Jersey goal on 40 minutes. Ex-Rockette, Danielle Bradshaw was booked for her challenge on 45 minutes with two minutes added onto the first half.
Early in the second half it was Bell-Thorns who got a cross in from the right but Vasse gathered that. Following a Carter corner on 51 minutes, it was Selvester that skewered an attempt wide of the right post.
On 54 minutes Carter received the ball in space in the half but her long range effort struck the top netting. Then Carter hit the side netting with a freekick towards the near post from far out on the left wing.
Then on 62 minutes it was Hambleton who received the ball off the throw in and it forced a decent fingertips save from Vasse. Humphrey had a long range effort stopped by Vasse after the visitors made a substitution.
Lou Lou Robson replaced Delillis on 75 minutes in Bognor's second change. On 80 minutes Bognor extended their lead. Straight from the corner by Selvester, it was Robson who diverted it in at the near post.
Then Freya Boxer replaced Bell-Thorns on 81 minutes.
Bognor confidently went into the next round of the FA Cup and eagerly await their next draw, with the next round taking place on Sunday 20th September. But they start their league campaign away to Guernsey next on Sunday 13th September with kick off at 2pm.
