But who else has made this list of the game’s brightest stars of the future?
The top 50 includes talents from across European football’s biggest clubs – including FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Manchester United.
You can view the top 50 in full in the gallery below.

14. Franco Mastantuono - River Plate
Franco Mastantuono's career could have taken a drastically different path. In 2017 he was invited to trial with Argentinian heavyweights River Plate, but despite being offered a place in the academy, he declined, as his family wanted him to continue pursuing a career in tennis. Two years later, he decided to take up River Plate's offer, and moved to the Buenos Aires-based club. He scored his first goal for the club in a 3–0 Copa Argentina win against Excursionistas in February 2024. In doing so, he became River's youngest ever goalscorer. On October 22, Guiu made his senior competitive debut as a second half substitute, scoring the winning goal in 23 seconds with his second touch of a 1–0 win over Athletic Bilbao. At 17 years and 291 days of age, he became the youngest and fastest debutant to score for Barcelona in La Liga. He scored his first UEFA Champions League goal, and second of the season, on December 13 in a 3–2 defeat against Belgian club Royal Antwerp. Photo: JOHN THYS/AFP via Getty Images
