SoBe Burger, the Miami-inspired smash burger sensation, is landing in Brighton with a bang. The grand opening takes place on 12th November 2026 at 62 Western Road, Hove, BN3 1JD, and you won't want to miss it!
To kick things off, SoBe is giving away 100 FREE burgers to the first 100 customers on opening day, starting at 1pm. Ensuring that the vibes are high whilst customers indulge in burgers galore there’ll be a live DJ playing on the decks, while guests can also spin the prize wheel for the chance to win more offers and goodies. To keep the party going, enjoy 50% off the entire in-house opening menu from 12th to 15th November.
If that wasn't enough to convince you, SoBe Burger recently made the finals of the National Burger Awards with their Double Bacon Black Garlic burger, so you know the food is going to be something special.
Serving up a bold menu of smashed beef burgers, crispy fried chicken, loaded fries, and house-made sauces, SoBe Burger is set to shake up the local food scene. The new location will open daily from 11am to 11pm, with delivery available via Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat.
Founded in London in 2019, SoBe (short for South Beach, Miami) has become one of the UK's fastest-growing burger brands, with over 20 dine-in sites and over 200 delivery outlets nationwide. The concept was born after founders Tom and Alex fell in love with smash burgers on a trip to Miami and brought the flavour, attitude and energy back to Britain.
Speaking on the roll-out, Baleena Mattu, SoBe Burger Brighton said: “We couldn’t be more excited to bring SoBe Burger to Brighton, a city with such a strong sense of community and a real love for good burgers! When talking about both, it would be remiss not to recognise the impact of Grubbs, a Brighton institution for 46 years, that came before us. We have huge respect for what Grubbs achieved and the place it holds in the local community - donating the Grubbs sign to Brighton & Hove Museums felt like a small but meaningful way to honour this history. As we set to open, we hope to become our own part of the city’s much-loved food scene and build a similarly strong connection with the local community.”
