Who will you remember this winter?

For many people, Lights of Love marks the start of their run up to Christmas. It’s your chance to take a moment to remember those you love and miss before the hectic Christmas schedule starts. If you’ve got someone that you'll miss this Christmas, why not start by dedicating a star to them. Their star will shine alongside many others, all telling the story of someone loved and missed.

Dedicate your star online at smhlightsoflove.memorypage.org where you can upload a photo and write message. We’ll then transfer your message onto a star and hang it on one of the Hospice trees. Or you can pick up a star from any of our shops and Hospice reception to write your dedication on and send back to us.
