Match Report by Robert Nastase
Three Bridges produced a spirited performance against Isthmian Premier League leaders Enfield Town to earn an entertaining 3-3 draw at Jubilee Field on Saturday, recovering from a remarkable first-half collapse to claim a deserved point.
The hosts made a flying start and took the lead in the fourth minute when Sam Bull won possession in the opposition half and released Noel Leighton, who finished beautifully into the bottom corner.
Bridges doubled their advantage in the 15th minute as Leighton and Spicer pressed high to win the ball back before Ade Adeyinka fired home with his left foot to put the hosts firmly in control.
However, Enfield responded emphatically. Al Sadi forced a fine save from Roberts in the 31st minute before McNulty converted the rebound to reduce the deficit. Just a minute later, Leonard broke through to level the scores, leaving Bridges stunned after their impressive start.
The visitors completed their turnaround in the 44th minute, with Al Sadi finishing a move involving McNulty to send Enfield into the break with a 3-2 lead.
Bridges regrouped after half-time and restored parity in spectacular fashion on the hour mark. Scott Malone produced a stunning 25-yard curling effort that flew into the top corner, giving the hosts renewed belief and setting up an enthralling final half-hour.
Both sides pushed for a winner in an open finale. Bridges enjoyed plenty of possession and looked capable of finding a decisive breakthrough, but Enfield remained dangerous on the counter-attack. Bull made two crucial goal-line clearances, while Roberts produced another excellent save to keep the visitors at bay.
Leighton and Rivera both went close at the other end as Bridges searched for a late winner, but neither side could find the decisive moment, and the points were shared after an entertaining contest
Despite the disappointment of surrendering a two-goal lead, Bridges can take considerable encouragement from their performance against the league leaders. The response after half-time demonstrated the team's resilience, while the quality of their goals showed they possess the ability to trouble the strongest sides in the division.
Player of the Match – Ade Adeyinka

A driving force throughout the contest, Adeyinka combined energy and quality to help Bridges compete against the league leaders, capping his performance with a well-taken left-footed finish to put the hosts 2-0 ahead.
