A men’s community is coming to Bexhill this Sunday, 13 September.
Established in Eastbourne over a year ago, the group was set up by south coast-raised Joe Wills when he discovered how much cold-water swimming helped his state of mind.
The group brings men together for a sea dip, a hot drink and, most importantly, a chance to talk, connect and check in with one another.
So why not take the plunge? The group is free to join.
Meet this Sunday 13 September at 7am on De La Warr Beach Bexhill.
Come along, get involved and meet some new faces.
