A unique holiday rental featured on TV and set in approximately one acre of semi-rural woodland near Lewes is set to be auctioned in November.
Evergreen Cabin in Broomham Lane, Whitesmith is among 169 lots listed across southern England in the latest auction being held by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Auctioneers.
It is listed with a freehold guide price of £290,000 to £300,000 with vacant possession at the firm’s auction which ends on Thursday 5 November.
Senior Auction Appraiser and Auctioneer Richard Payne said: “This is a wonderful opportunity to acquire a unique business premises, set within just under an acre of woodland in this semi-rural location.
