Application submitted for new property near Hassocks
A planning application has been submitted to South Downs National Park for a new build in Clayton
A proposal of a new build property with a chalet style bungalow attached to the existing exchange building, with associated hard and soft landscaping works was submitted to SDNP.
This is on the land at Millbrook, Underhill Lane, Clayton, West Sussex, BN6 9PJ, part of a conservation area.
Deadline for comments is November 26 and must be submitted to Tim Slaney, Director of Planning, South Downs National Park Authority.
