Horsham property put up for sale at £75,000 is sold by auction

The one-bedroom ground floor maisonette with a private garden – at The Pines, Horsham – was sold by public auction yesterday (Wednesday).

Raised bids led to the property eventually being sold for £161,000, more than double its original guide price.
