Police in East Sussex crackdown on anti-social driving
Wealden Police are appealing for information about anti-social driving in the Polegate area.
A force spokesperson said: “Have you witnessed anti-social driving in the Levett Road area of Polegate, particularly where it meets the Cuckoo Trail?
“We'd like to hear from you.
“Officers have been carrying out regular foot and mobile patrols in response to concerns raised by local residents.
“Reports suggest that motorbikes have been riding at excessive speeds through the residential estate, causing concern for those living in the area and for people using the nearby Cuckoo Trail.
“We understand the impact this type of behaviour can have on the community, and we are actively monitoring the area and carrying out patrols.
“If you witness anti-social driving, please report it to us online or via 101.
“Your information could help us identify those responsible and make the area safer for everyone.”
