Sussex Police received reports of an assault in Compton Street at 5pm on May 29.
According to police a 22-year-old man attended hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Hide AdPolice say when officers attended, a second assault was reported.
At 5.30pm a 36-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He has been released on bail.
