Popular Worthing shop announces date of re-opening following major refurbishment

A popular Worthing shop has been closed for a major refurbishment over the Christmas period and the date for re-opening has now been announced.

Worthing Samaritans' charity shop in Strand Parade, The Boulevard, is looking forward to welcoming back the many regular users, as well as new customers.

The shop will be re-opening on Monday, January 12, at 9am. Worthing town crier Bob Smytherman will be at the launch, which the charity says promises to be a significant event for the local area.

The shop has been closed for a major refurbishment, with staff and volunteers working hard over the Christmas period to make it ready.
