Woman dies following Storrington collision

A woman has died after being seriously injured in a collision in Storrington earlier this month.

Police say that the collision, involving a car and a pedestrian, happened in Chanctonbury Walk, Storrington, on April 2.

A spokesperson said: “An 88-year-old woman was taken to hospital, but has sadly died from her injuries.

“Her next of kin have been informed and a file is being prepared for the coroner.”
