Train delays in East Sussex after Southern reports fault with level crossing between Lewes and Eastbourne

Southern said on X at 6.13pm: “Due to a fault with the level crossing between Lewes and Eastbourne services running between these stations are expected to be delayed or revised.

“If your train has come to a stop between stations, please listen to service announcements for further information.

“We know where you are and are working to get you on the move shortly.”
