5. Will Ferry 7
Asked to push higher by Yems after tough opening 20 minutes, decision worked with Crawley getting a foot hold. Denied a fantastic goal by fingertip save from half volley destined for bottom corner. Put on backfoot by McKirdy in second half but handled danger man relatively well.
6. Jack Powell n/a
Took a heavy blow to his knee after falling awkwardly from a contested header, tried playing on but forced off after 10 minutes.
7. Jack Payne 9
Battled hard for second balls and made a great sliding block to deflect a goal-bound strike wide. Should’ve had an assist from the missed Nadesan chance. Searching cross for Nadesan nearly ended up in the back of the net in second half. Incredible performance in a huge result.
8. James Tilley 8
Delivered inch perfect ball to Appiah for opening goal. Was lucky defensively on occasions, was beaten far too easily in counter-attacking move that forced a Morris save. Dangerous cross from free kick headed wide by Francomb. Subbed.
