Get ready for winter at Crawley’s annual Winter Warm Up
Crawley’s Winter Warm Up returns to K2 Crawley this October, offering a free day of activities, entertainment and practical support for residents aged over 50, as well as people living with long-term health conditions or hidden or physical disabilities.
Visitors can enjoy activities ranging from chair-based ballet and walking cricket to yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi.

The programme also includes two performances by Louise Ryrie’s Musical Theatre group and an appearance by the Rock Choir, while a free light lunch will be served. The Forget-Me-Not Club Crawley’s wonderful volunteers will be on hand throughout the day to serve tea, coffee, squash and cake.
More than 30 organisations will be there to share support, information, advice and opportunities for staying active and connected. Attendees can also have their blood pressure or hearing checked, discover local hobbies and groups.
Sponsored by Wilson James, the provider of airport passenger assistance services, Crawley Winter Warm Up begins at 10.30am on Thursday 8th October 2026 and finishes at 3.30pm.
Crawley Community Transport is available on the day, between 9.30am - 2.00pm. You will need to book in advance by calling 01293 544985 or emailing [email protected]
