Eastbourne-headquartered law firm SO Legal has secured its first ranking in the Chambers UK Guide, with the firm recognised for Real Estate in the South in the newly published 2027 guide.

The ranking recognises SO Legal’s real estate work across the south of England, including its commercial and residential property expertise.

Its Real Estate category covers non-contentious commercial and residential property work, including transactions, investment, development, portfolio management and landlord and tenant matters.
Founded in Eastbourne in 2016, SO Legal has grown significantly over the past decade while retaining its headquarters in the town. The firm now operates from offices across the UK, including Brighton, Hastings, London, Bath, and Ulverston.

“We have continued to grow significantly while remaining focused on providing a high level of service to our clients, and it is particularly pleasing to see our real estate work recognised in this way.”
