Ravi took on the world-famous 26.2-mile challenge in support of the charity, which provides lifesaving emergency care to people across Kent, Surrey and Sussex when they need it most.

After months of training, setbacks, long training runs and determination, Ravi crossed the finish line with a huge sense of achievement, knowing every step had helped raise vital funds for a cause close to his heart.

His fundraising total currently stands at £6,240, exceeding his original target and helping support the charity’s work delivering rapid-response medical care across the region.

Ravi said: “Running the London Marathon has been one of the toughest and most rewarding experiences of my life. The training was challenging, and there were moments when it really tested me, but knowing I was running for Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex kept me going. I am incredibly grateful to everyone who donated, shared the fundraising page, sent messages of support or encouraged me along the way. Raising £6,240 for such an important charity means so much.”

Although Ravi has now crossed the finish line, donations remain open for anyone who would still like to support the cause and help raise the total even further. To donate, visit Ravi’s fundraising page: https://www.justgiving.com/page/ravi-sodha-2
