Family-run care provider CareYourWay Chichester has won the Best Customer Service Initiative award for its individual approach to supporting people in their own homes.

Organised and presented by the Chichester Observer and Midhurst & Petworth Observer, the Chichester and District Business Awards 2026 took place on Monday (November 2) at Chichester Festival Theatre. They celebrated and commended the wide range of fantastic businesses across Chichester and its neighbouring areas, with 11 awards to be won.

Based on Leigh Road, Chichester, the business tailors every service to the needs and circumstances of the individual, recognising that no two people require exactly the same care.

Its personalised approach puts people at the heart of its work, offering clients support that reflects their preferences and allows them to maintain as much independence as possible.

Mark Chambers, business manager and joint owner of CareYourWay, said: “We’re really shocked. We’re only 17 months old. It’s been a real roller coaster, but in a good way. I’d like to dedicate this award to the team of amazing carers that we have, because without them we wouldn’t be getting the reviews that we’ve received.
