As of April 2026 ITV confirmed the series will be getting a seventh series. Actor John Simm commented in an interview with ITV: “Honestly, if someone had said we’d be doing this for seven seasons when we first started this in lockdown I would never have believed it. But the reason I and many others have remained part of this series for so long is down to the team and the writing.”

A casting call went out on social media for an ITV crime drama filming in Eastbourne, the call was looking for ‘fresh faces’ in the Sussex area.

Grace is produced by Tall Story Pictures, part of ITV Studios and Vaudeville Productions and has been filmed along the Sussex coast.
