Police concerned for missing man believed to be in Brighton

Arthur Williams, 23, went missing from Kent on January 30 but was last known to be in Brighton on Tuesday (February 20).

He is white, 5’ 7”, with short brown hair and was last seen wearing a black and grey jacket, blue jeans and black shoes.
