Brighton vs FK Jablonec injury news: Six out and three doubts for Uefa Conference League
Uefa Conference League: FK Jablonec vs Brighton and Hove Albion from the Stadion Střelnice - Thursday, 5.45pm
Brighton still have a number of injury concerns as they prepare to face FK Jablonec in the Uefa Conference League.
The Seagulls - who won the first match of the league phase last week against Kauno Zalgiris 4-0 at the Amex Stadium - are expected to make numerous changes against the Czech outfit.
Fabian Hurzeler's free-scoring team will arrive at the Stadion Střelnice full of confidence after a fine start to the season, that has them third in the Premier League table.
The match against Jablonec starts a run of five consecutive away matches and Hurzeler will hope to get a number of his players back from the treatment table and available for selection.
Here's an update on Brighton's walking wounded...
Brighton injury news
Evan Ferguson - out: The Ireland international striker continues his recovery from a long ankle injury and remains some way off a return. Previously, Hurzeler was unable to provide an expected return date.
Stefanos Tzimas - out: The Greek striker suffered an ACL injury last season and remains sidelined. No set date for a return as yet but Hirzeler said he's in "good spirits."
Kaoru Mitoma - out: The Japan international is making good progress from a hamstring injury and is hoping to return after the next international break.
Zadok Yohanna - out: The Nigerian winger is not included in the Conference League squad and remans sidelined as he builds up his fitness following his summer arrival.
Yankuba Minteh - out: The winger is also not in the Conference League squad for the league phase but is making progress from a leg injury.
Mats Wieffer - out: Nearing a return from a knee injury sustained in the 4-3 loss at Chelsea earlier this season. Liverpool this Sunday could be an option. Wieffer was not included in the Conference League squad for the league stages.
Femi Azeez - doubt: Hurzeler said the deadline day arrival from Millwall is "getting closer" and could get his first minutes for the club "very soon". I have a felling this Thursday will be too soon.
Pascal Struijk - doubt: The £18m arrival from Leeds has a thigh injury and missed the win against Crystal Palace. He remains a doubt for this Thursday.
