Two-course Sunday lunch for two in luxury Sussex hotel slashed to £37.95

A high-end Sunday lunch in a popular hotel has been reduced by 42%.
The two-course meal for two people at Hotel du Vin in Brighton is being offered on deals website Wowcher for just £37.95 – that’s a £20 saving on the normal price of £59.90.

Diners can choose from a starter and a main, or a main and a dessert. Those opting for a starter can help themselves to the French Market Table buffet, featuring Severn & Wye hot and cold smoked salmon, shell-on prawns, charcuterie, grilled vegetables, pickles, potato salad, courgette, green bean and halloumi salad, fennel, feta and pomegranate salad, mixed leaf salad and freshly baked artisan breads.
The offer is also available for groups of three and four people, offering a 37% and 38% discount respectively – with a total cost of either £57 or £74.
The roast dinner choices are roast sirloin of beef or roast chicken & stuffing, all served with all the trimmings including proper Yorkshires.
For those wanting something different, there is a plat principaux menu offering alternatives including truite à la Grenobloise, tempura de brocoli tendre and more.
Dessert options include crème brûlée, valrhona pot de chocolat with Chantilly cream, crème au babeurre and other decadent sweets.
