Horsham and Haywards Heath estate agents celebrate triple awards success with Location, Location, Location host
Independent, family-owned estate and letting agents Brock Taylor, with offices in Horsham and Haywards Heath, has won three major honours at the prestigious ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2026, taking home gold, bronze and best in West Sussex.
The awards, which recognise the best estate and letting agents in the UK for customer service, were announced by Phil Spencer, host of Channel 4’s Location, Location, Location, at a glittering ceremony at Grosvenor House in London, attended by 1,100 of the UK's leading property professionals.
The ESTAS are powered by the ESTAS’ own customer review platform and are based entirely on verified reviews from homeowners who have been through the whole moving experience with an agent.
This year's results were calculated from over 300,000 customer review ratings.

The three awards won by Brock Taylor were:
- Gold winner – ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2026.
- Bronze winner – ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2026.
- Best in West Sussex – ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2026.
Peter Maskell, managing director of Brock Taylor, said: “We're absolutely thrilled to be recognised in this year's ESTAS. It means so much to us because it's our customers who have judged our performance.
“We take our levels of customer service very seriously, whether you're selling, buying, letting or renting, and these awards show we're delivering what we promise.
“A huge thank you to our amazing team and to all of our clients for their continued support and feedback.”
Phil Spencer, TV property presenter and ESTAS host, said: “The ESTAS Awards are so unique. There are no judging panels, no polished submissions, no mystery shops. Just real people, giving real feedback, at the end of real transactions. It's as pure as any awards can be.”
Simon Brown, founder of the ESTAS, said: “In a world increasingly obsessed with artificial intelligence and algorithms, it's easy to forget that the property industry is, and always will be, a people business.
“Technology may help us streamline processes, crunch data, and even predict the market, but it can't replace empathy, trust, or the human touch that defines our profession which is what the ESTAS Awards are all about.”
Neil Cobbold, commercial director at Reapit, said: “The ESTAS celebrate the agents who go above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer experiences that build lasting trust.
“Reapit, and its automated client accounting platform PayProp, are proud to support an award scheme and industry that recognises the great service that creates customers for life.
“Congratulations to all the winners.”
