David Caton, 41, of Swaledale Close, Bersted: Fined £100 after admitting failing to surrender to custody at Worthing Magistrates' Court on September 9, 2025. A 12-month conditional discharge and must pay £85 costs after admitting possessing an offensive weapon, a Samurai sword, in a private place in Bersted on August 21, 2025.

Tony Merrett, 43, of Berrymill Close, Bognor Regis: Jailed for 14 days after admitting breaching supervision requirements following release from prison by failing to attend an office appointment on September 18, 2025.

Leon Stanford, 54, of Berrymill Close, Bognor Regis: Fined £120 and must pay £85 costs after admitting possessing 0.27ug/l crack cocaine, a class A drug, in Bognor Regis on June 24, 2025.

Darren Waters, 44, of Woodlark Gardens, Hambrook: Fined £230 after admitting speeding, exceeding the 30mph limit on the A259 Main Road, Fishbourne, on May 21, 2025. Must pay £130 costs, £92 victim surcharge, and disqualified from driving for six months.

Jack Dimmick, 31, of Frenches Mead, Billingshurst: Fined £537 after admitting drink-driving (56mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in the McDonald's car park at Brighton Marina on February 14, 2025. Fined £537 after admitting drug-driving (6.6ug/l cannabis) in the McDonald's car park at Brighton Marina on February 14, 2025. Must pay £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 15 months.

Charlotte Watkinson, 29, of Harris Road, West Broyle, Chichester: Community order with three-month curfew, electronically monitored, drug rehabilitation requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting stalking, causing serious alarm or distress, by calling, emailing and turning up at the home address between October 13 and November 6, 2025. Must pay £85 costs.

Lewys Jones-Pharoah, 31, of Lake Lane, Barnham: Fined £461 after admitting speeding, exceeding the 30mph limit on the A285 Stane Street, Halnaker, on July 11, 2025. Must pay £130 costs, £184 victim surcharge, and driving record endorsed with six points.

Gerry Hepher, 66, of Stirling Way, Bognor Regis: Eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must carry out 150 hours' unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (141mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis, on November 8, 2025. Must pay £85 costs, £154 victim surcharge, and disqualified from driving for 32 months.

Macey Taylor, 18, of Nyewood Lane, Bognor Regis: Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 120 hours' unpaid work after admitting assault by beating at Morrisons, Bognor Regis, on Mar 6, 2025, and two charges of assaulting a police constable in the execution of her duty in Broadwater Road, Worthing, on May 20, 2025. Must pay a total of £200 compensation.

David McDonald, 38, of Barnside, Bosham: Must pay £85 costs after admitting breaching a community order made by Worthing Magistrates' Court on June 10, 2025, by failing to attend unpaid work on June 21 and 22, and July 5 and 6, 2025. The order was revoked and he was dealt with for the original offences, receiving a £200 fine for drug-driving (33ug/l cocaine) in Terminus Road, Littlehampton, on November 25, 2024, and no separate penalty for drug-driving (more than 800ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Terminus Road, Littlehampton, on November 25, 2024.

Jamie Winter, 29, of Bateson Way, Barnham: Fined £72 and must pay £28 victim surcharge after admitting speeding, exceeding the 60mph limit on the A27 Salthill road Overbridge on February 8, 2025. Driving record endorsed with three points.
